トロント出身のクリスヘラクレスは2005年に彼の言葉の旅を始めて以来

多くのトロントのジャズアーティストと一緒に活動しています。

カナダを中心にニューヨークなどアメリカの様々な都市のジャズクラブでも活動し、また活動の場は

教会など音楽以外の場所でもその力強い言葉の力を使って活動している。

Toronto native Chris Hercules started his spoken word journey in 2005 and hasn’t looked back since. Chris has worked alongside some of Toronto’s top Jazz artists such as Steve Koven, Brownman Ali, Don Francks, Mark Kieswetter, Norm Amadio, Norman Marshall Villeneuve, Robi Botos, Jim Heinman, and many others. He has performed at Hermans Jazz Club - Victoria B.C., Upstairs Jazz Club - Montreal QC, House of Jazz - Montreal QC, Cornelia Street Café – New York City, Café Paradiso – Ottawa, Ontario, Port Perry Music Festival, Sounds like the River Festival, Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market and at numerous venues in Toronto. Chris is currently studying jazz and harmony and looks forward to collaborating with great musicians and multimedia artists in the future. "A lover of jazz music and a charismatic storyteller, Chris’s words move from comedic to tragic to create a touching experience for his listening audience” (Susan Brown).
